ते दोघे मार्केट मध्ये गेलेहोते,
त्याच्या साठी शर्ट घ्यायचा होता.
ती त्याच्यासोबत होती. त्याने तिचा हात
पकडला होता.
अचानक तिचा हात निसटला...
त्याच्या हातातून... खूप गर्दी होती..
त्याच्या थोड्यावेळाने लक्षात
आला कि तिचा हात सुटला आपल्या हातातून.
तो कावरा-बावरा होऊन इकडे तिकडे तिला शोधू
लागला. त्याला काही सुचेचना.
घाम फुटायला लागला होता.
इतक्यात त्याला ती एका ज्वेलरी च्या दुकानात
दिसली.
एक लोकेट बघत होती. तो त्या दुकानात आला.
त्याने तिच्या खांद्यावर हात ठेवला, ती वळून
म्हणाली,"छान आहे ना??"
आणि तिने त्याच्या डोळ्यात पाहिलं,
त्याचे डोळे पाणावले होते.
तिने विचारलं,"काय झालं?"
त्याने तिला आवेगाने हग केलं,
आणि लगेच सावरून म्हणाला,"तुला आवडली आहे
का ती चेन?"
ती म्हणाली,"हो, खूप."
तो म्हणाला,"मग हि तुला माझ्याकडून गिफ्ट.
""कसलं गिफ्ट? अरे माझा वाढदिवस खूप दूर आहे
अजून."
तो म्हणाला,"हे माझा पहीला valentine
गिफ्ट तुला."
ती म्हणाली,"are you proposing me"
तो म्हणाला,"हो, कारण आज जेव्हा तुझा हात
माझ्याहातून सुटला तेव्हा मला जाणवला
कि तुझ्याशिवाय किती incomplete आहे मी..
प्लीज पुन्हा मला अशी सोडूनजाऊ नकोस, मी...
मी..
"ती लगेच म्हणाली,"नाही जाणार.कधीच
नाही...... नेहमी तुझ्या सोबत राहील,
शेवटच्या क्षणापर्यंत..
