एकदा एक झाड वेलीच्या प्रेमात पडलतिला पाहताच त्याला तीच वेड लागलवेलीला विचारू तरी कस? या प्रश्नान त्याला पछाडलपण आपण जर धीर धरावा अस म्हणत त्याने स्वताला सावरलवेल मात्र आपली हसत खेळत राहात होतीते पाहून झाडने तिच्याशी मैत्री केली होतीकाही दिवसांनी वेल मात्र जमिनीवर पसरू लागलीते पाहून झाडने तिची विचारपूस केलीवेल म्हणाली , झाडा मला तुझा आधार हवा आहेतू मला आधार देशील का?यावर झाड म्हणाले तू माझी होशील का ?ते ऐकताच वेलींने नकाराथ्री मान हलवलीते पाहून झाडाची निराशा झालीहिरमुसलेले ते झाड क्षणभर विचारात पडलेविचार करून त्याने वेलीला आधार देण्याचे वचन दिलेवचन देताच वेल मात्र झाडाला बिलगलीआणि हसता हसता त्याची आसवे हळूच ओघळलीआसवे पुसत पुसत त्याने तिला आधार दिलाकारण … तिला आधार देण हा त्याच्या प्रेमाचा भाग ठरला--
